The LSM Romanian radio headquarters finally moved the central studio to the "Casa Presei" (Press House- the largest building in Romania for 40 years where the Communist Party used to print almost all of its atheistic propaganda.) It is here that LSM now does all broadcasting, production, recording, and news.
The newest radio stations we opened in Romania for Easter 2006 to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ was the Cimpu Lung Moldovenesc station in the northern part of Romania and Hunedoara in the west.
Currently, we are in the process of opening the radio station in Tulcea (East part of Romania, Ineu (west), and Abrud (west). financial resources are necessary to provide the equipment to open these stations. The radio towers have already been built and some of the equipment was installed, however there is still a need of $12,000 for 3 transmitters.
NEWS NEWS NEWS!!!!
According to some speculation and rumors there would only be one more radio frequency licenses contest in Romania. At the last contest, the Little Samaritan Mission was granted a license for an FM 2000watt station in Zimnicea (southern Romania) on the Danube river. This station is powerful enough to reach even across the river into Bulgaria. Praise the Lord!! Another LSM Christian radio station to cover a new area so that more and more people can hear the Good News of Jesus Christ!!! With your prayers and financial support, you will help the Little Samaritan Mission to open this station as soon as possible and to be on air. |
